Uploader - Uploader's can be hackers or even just normal people who upload an mp3 file. If caught they would be in a large deal greater of trouble then the downloader.
Downloader - People like you and me. Normal people who happen to download music off of the internet instead of paying for it.
Artist - The person who creates a piece of music.
Producers - Producers work along artists to produce the songs, then market and sell them to a wider audience. There are like supervisors.
Writer - The artist doesn't always write their own music, sometimes they have writers do the lyrics to a song for them instead.
Copyright - A legal document entitling the song created by an artist and producer their own property and theirs alone.
Music Piracy - Music Piracy refers to the illegal copying and sharing of music without consent or compensation provided to the author.
